Cancellation and Refund Policy

This website is not an e-commerce site and does not sell services and products. The website is for the usage of the owners, tenants, residents, vendors / service providers and employees staying at Casa Stage Properties

Prepaid Electricity Billing invoices are raised for these residents. These invoices may be paid off-line or online as per the policies and procedures published. These invoices are not subject to cancellation or refunds.

Some additional services may be offered for maintenance and upkeep etc.. The cancellation or refunds for those services would be as per the policy for the specific service.
